Masters Professional Academy is a professional coaching institute offering CMA (Cost and Management Accountant) coaching through offline, online live, recorded, and mentorship-based programs.

By using our website, enrolling in any course, or making any payment, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions 
• You agree to be bound by them 
• You acknowledge that these terms may be updated periodically
  Continued usage indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

• Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment. 
• Course access (online/offline/recorded) is non-transferable. 
• Login credentials, if provided, must not be shared. 
• Access duration is limited to the batch/session enrolled.
   

• All course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
• Fees once paid cannot be adjusted to another course, batch, or student. 
• No refund will be provided for: 
  • Partial attendance 
  • Discontinuation by student 
  • Missed classes or tests 
• Any special payment arrangement, if approved, must strictly follow agreed timelines.
   

Masters Professional Academy accepts payments through online payment gateways (such as Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe, PayU, or similar services) as well as offline modes.

By making an online payment, you agree that:

• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateway providers. 
• MPA does not store or have access to your card, UPI, or banking details. 
• Transaction success or failure depends on the payment gateway, bank, or network provider.
   

• If the payment is debited but enrollment is not confirmed, students must notify MPA with transaction details. 
• Resolution may take 3–7 working days, depending on the payment gateway.
   

• Any excess amount received due to technical error will be reviewed and refunded after verification, at MPA’s discretion.
   

• All payments made to Masters Professional Academy are final. 
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals are strictly discouraged once services are activated. 
• In case of a dispute raised with the payment gateway or bank, MPA reserves the right to suspend course access until resolution.
   

• All study materials, videos, tests, notes, scanners, MCQs, and content are the intellectual property of Masters Professional Academy.  
• Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, resale, or distribution is prohibited. 
• Legal action may be initiated in case of misuse.
   

• Online/live classes depend on internet connectivity and third-party platforms. 
• MPA is not responsible for issues caused by: 
  • Internet failure 
  • Device malfunction 
  • Power issues 
• Recorded sessions are for personal academic use only.
   

• AIR / Mentorship programs are limited-seat programs. 
• Admission is based on eligibility, screening, or internal selection. 
• Strict discipline, attendance, and performance standards apply. 
• MPA reserves the right to remove students from the mentorship program for non-compliance without refund.
   

Students must:

• Maintain discipline and academic integrity 
• Attend classes and tests regularly 
• Follow institute rules and schedules
  MPA may suspend or terminate access without refund for misconduct or rule violations.

• Past ranks and results are shared for reference only. 
• Academic success depends on individual effort and consistency. 
• Masters Professional Academy does not guarantee exam results, ranks, or placement outcomes.
   

By sharing your mobile number, you consent to receive:

• Academic updates 
• Class schedules 
• Test notifications 
• Promotional or informational messages related to MPA 

            You may opt out by contacting us in writing.

• Personal data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. 
• Data is used only for academic, communication, and internal purposes.

            Masters Professional Academy shall not be liable for:

• Academic performance outcomes 
• Career decisions made by students 
• Any indirect or consequential loss

             These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
            All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
